These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of operationgrowth.com and your purchase of products and services offered by Operation Growth Institute ("OGI," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand of Operation Growth LLC. By accessing our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Services

OGI offers the following products and services:

All offerings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Digital Products and Courses

Upon purchase of digital products or online courses, you will receive access to the purchased content. Access is granted to the purchasing individual only and is non-transferable. You may not share, redistribute, or resell digital products. We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated.

4. Workshops and Live Events

Workshop and event registrations are subject to availability. OGI reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by OGI, registrants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event. See our Refund Policy for details on participant-initiated cancellations.

5. Coaching Services

Coaching services are personal and professional development services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. OGI coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on operationgrowth.com, including text, graphics, course materials, worksheets, workbooks, frameworks, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Operation Growth LLC and is protected by copyright law. The Integration Gap™, Growth Cycle™, and all other proprietary frameworks are owned by Operation Growth LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. User Conduct

By using our website or participating in our programs, you agree not to:

  • Reproduce or distribute our proprietary content without authorization
  • Use our platforms for unlawful purposes
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other participants or staff
  • Misrepresent your identity or credentials
  • Interfere with the operation of our website or programs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Operation Growth LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Operation Growth LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our products or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California, or through arbitration as described below.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of OGI's products or services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Riverside County, California. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
