This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services purchased through Operation Growth Institute ("OGI"), a brand of Operation Growth LLC. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Coaching Services

Retainer and Package Agreements: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your coaching engagement. This deposit is applied to your total package cost and is non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

Rendered Sessions: Coaching sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable. If you have paid for a package and wish to discontinue before completion, you will receive a prorated credit for unused sessions only — not a monetary refund — which may be applied to future OGI services within 12 months.

2. Clarity Sessions and Consultations

Clarity Sessions and Clarity & Healing Consultations are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be forfeited.

3. Digital Courses and Self-Paced Products

Standard Refund Window: Digital courses (including the Stay or Go Self-Paced Course and Soft Life Blueprint) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

No Refund After Access: Once you have accessed more than 20% of course content or the 14-day window has passed, no refund will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to grow@operationgrowth.com.

4. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads (including the Five Signals Worksheet, Stay or Go Workbook, and similar products) are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Workshops and Live Events

OGI workshops and live events (including the Stay or Go Workshop Series) are subject to the following cancellation terms:

  • More than 30 days before the event: Full refund or transfer to a future event
  • 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit toward a future event
  • Less than 15 days before the event: No refund; credit only toward a future event within 12 months
  • Day of event: No refund; no credit

Registrations are transferable to another participant at no charge with advance notice. If OGI cancels an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

6. Black History Every Month and Educational Content

Subscriptions and one-time purchases of educational content, including Black History Every Month, are non-refundable once access is granted. Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not eligible for prorated refunds.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Non-refundable deposits and retainers
  • Completed or delivered services
  • Digital downloads once accessed
  • Bonuses, supplemental materials, and gifts included with a purchase
  • Processing fees

8. Emergency Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In cases of documented medical emergency, death of an immediate family member, or other extraordinary circumstances, OGI will consider requests for exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required. Please contact us as soon as possible.

9. Service Modifications and Credits

OGI reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or restructure services due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a service credit. We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from schedule changes.

10. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to grow@operationgrowth.com with your name, order number or confirmation, and reason for the request. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
